A month ago, i return my sweatpants and sweat jacket in the same package.That you sent me.2lbs. I pressed the button in your system to send the pants out.Immediately. Then, I pressed in your system by mistake. Send jacket out when it returned. Somehow, I guess between me picking option SEND OUT MEDIUM SIZED PANTS IMMEDIATELY. Then picking SEND M JACKET OUT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT BACK.. SOMEHOW, THROUGH YOU GUYS OFF. YOU SENTTHE PANTS, BUT NEVER SENT MY JACKET!!! ITS WAS IN THE SAME PACKAGE AS THE PANTS! YOUR SYSTEM GAVE ME THOSE OPTIONS!. YOU GUYS SOMEHOW DIDN'T FOLLOW YOUR OWN SYSTEM. AND NOW IS A MONTH LATER, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY JACKET!. YALL ARE STEALING MY MONEY!. I PAID FOR THE JACKET! I RETURNED THE JACKET FOUR SIZE MEDIUM, ALONG WITH THE PANTS AND YOU NEVER SENT OUT MY JACKET SZ. M. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH YOU GUYS. I THOUGHT that this WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY. YOUR SYSTEM GAVE ME THE OPTIONS AND YOU FAILED MISERABLY!. I WANT MY JACKET OR MY MONEY BACK!!! AND AFTER A MONTH, THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!. These are my receipts. One receipt is from the day that I sent my package back to you for a return in size medium. Both pants and jacket were in that package.. And the other receipt is day yall receive my package back. I don't know what the holdup is is just a jacket.. YOUR SYSTEM GAVE ME 2 OPTIONS AND Y'ALL FAILED. DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THIS SITUATION? I JUST WANT MY JACKET. AT THIS POINT, YOU ARE STOLE MY MONEY! DID JACKET WAS IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE PANTS?JUST LIKE YOU SENT IT TO ME. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?!??
