Very high quality garment and outstanding customer support and responsiveness. Two days after placing order, my order was in "unfulfilled" status at which time I emailed help@sergiotacchini - asking if my order could be expedited as it was a gift for a special occasion. I received an immediate reply confirming my email had been received, 2 days later my order moved to fulfilled status and the next day shipment occurred. MADE IN CHINA bought one for my son for Christmas; sad to look at the care label & see MADE IN CHINA. There’s an enormous difference in Italian manufacture and Chinese manufacture and I paid for that difference. Site doesn’t list it as MADE IN CHINA. Pathetic.
