I returned the pants which were a large, when I need an 2XL. Customer service claims they have mot recieved them. I'm trying to narrow the date down so that I can have the post office look up the tracking number.

Horrible customer service. Bought two, tried to return one, charged a $15 fee to return it. Will never buy from you guys again. One didn’t fit the other fit fine. Again, charging $15 fee to return will cost you a customer in the future.
