I’m proud to say that when I first came across the Sergio Tacchini brand website. It immediately caught my attention the design the look and the variety held my interest. So I ordered my first one track suit. The material was not like the average track suits like some of the other bands. And the look and fit and comfortably made me one satisfied customer. Very high quality garment and outstanding customer support and responsiveness. Two days after placing order, my order was in "unfulfilled" status at which time I emailed help@sergiotacchini - asking if my order could be expedited as it was a gift for a special occasion. I received an immediate reply confirming my email had been received, 2 days later my order moved to fulfilled status and the next day shipment occurred. My order arrived at my doorstep ahead of schedule and within 3 business days of my initial email to their help desk.

This jacket game damaged. I reached out about it to customer service and I got no response. This is the second time now I’ve had issues with my order and reached out via email to customer service and received no reply or help. ST you guys have horrible customer service!

MADE IN CHINA bought one for my son for Christmas; sad to look at the care label & see MADE IN CHINA. There’s an enormous difference in Italian manufacture and Chinese manufacture and I paid for that difference. Site doesn’t list it as MADE IN CHINA. Pathetic.
