I never received the item and I didn’t get insurance so I was told that theirs nothing that can be done, because a picture was taken with the package on my porch but I was home and the delivery person didn’t ring my door bell like they always do with other packages. I’ve never had a package get taken from my door. So unless I receive my sweatpants I’m not paying for what I didn’t receive only the ones I did receive.
