Well, I did not receive the the item. Apparently, something is wrong and I am no able to file the claim because it's ground shipment.y guess is: someone from UPS stole it (and say it's delivered), you don't care because it's 'delivered' and I, sa a customer, suffer. I paid and I did not get it!
