Returns 

We will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in saleable condition (new unworn, with tags attached) with all shipping and proof of purchase documents (or gift receipt) from our Sergio Tacchini website within 30 days of delivery. Customized items, fragrance, underwear and shipping charges are not returnable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (see Refunds below). For gift receipt returns please be sure to have the full name and order number of the person who made the original purchase. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned, they may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise.  We reserve the right to limit or deny purchases that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or which do seem not intended for personal use only.

To return your product, please click into our returns portal with the following information a) order number beginning with "ST- " ) b) zip code order was shipped too. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not Refundable.

 

Damaged Item

If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 3 days of the delivery date

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received (and inspected) by our warehouse, we will notify you by email that your return is approved for refund or that we are not able to provide a refund and the reason for our decision.  If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will appear on your credit card statement or original form of payment with 10 business days from our receipt.  The return handling fee of $8 and any shipping charges you may have incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that there are often delays from the time we process a refund to the time a bank or credit card company properly reflect this transaction on your account.  However, if after 15 business days from our receipt of the returned item you have not received a refund, please contact us at help@sergiotacchini.com.

 

Sale Items 

All marked down items or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Please use our returns portal to return your item and exchange it for the correct item.

 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Outside of the U.S.

All sales shipped outside of the United States are final - No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. We are only able to ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) you will be responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery please note that shipping carrier may not release package without payment for duties and taxes.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Price Matching/ Adjusting

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it. Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.
